These guides explain how to configure a loyalty programme: earning coins, spending them in the Store or on raffle tickets, and competing on leaderboards. ## Start here

Choose a planning value for coins before you price rewards or plan new ways to earn.

Before launch, test a new member through the journeys you enable. Check the qualifying activity, recorded reward, actual balance change and any external fulfilment separately. A saved setting or reward-history entry alone does not prove the full journey works.

Example assumptions, not a rate card: 100 coins per FX lot, $0.50 of reward value per FX lot, and 1 coin ≈ $0.005.

## The coin loop

Coins connect earning and redemption. Other features can award XP, roles, spins or externally fulfilled prizes. Use this loop to plan coin flows; not every feature moves coins.

Earn

Configured trading rewards, quests, referrals and other qualifying activities can add coins.

Coin balance

One coin balance per member in your community. Choose a planning value and set coin prices for rewards.

Spend

Store and raffle-ticket purchases deduct coins. Some prizes and refunds can add coins back.

Engage: leaderboards let members compare progress and compete for configured prizes.

Spin the Wheel

Members earn spins from missions and can win coins or XP. Configured streak milestones multiply rewards; a longer streak does not guarantee a bigger prize on every spin.

Milestones

Reward members when tracked activity meets your conditions, such as verified-account status, a qualifying deposit or a first trade. Broker-specific conditions need integration data.

## How to read these guides

The guides share a common structure, from member experience to cost and limits.

1. What members see: the experience, with product screenshots or captioned illustrations.
2. What you control: key admin controls, using the labels your team will see.
3. How it works: the rules in plain language.
4. Ways to use it: example programme patterns you can adapt, with illustrative costs.
5. Planning your economics: an interactive planner with editable numbers.
6. Timing and limits: resets, timezones and caps.
7. Not supported yet: verified limits and clearly marked questions to confirm before launch.

Each feature has its own reset schedule and timezone rules. Some follow daylight saving; others use fixed offsets. Set explicit dates and times for campaigns that combine features.

Example prizes, reward rates and planner figures are synthetic planning assumptions, not Returning.AI defaults or a rate card. Configuration limits and stated admin defaults are identified in the guide.
